The pathway
Four steps from school-leaver to a UK Honours degree
Each stage is a stand-alone, Ofqual-regulated qualification. You can stop, work, and return — or move straight through in around three and a half years.

Foundation Diploma
For students finishing HSC, A-Levels or an equivalent. Builds the academic writing and study skills UK assessment expects.

Diploma — 120 credits
Recognised as equivalent to the first year of a UK bachelor's degree. Assessed entirely through written assignments.

Extended Diploma — 120 credits
Equivalent to the second year. On completion you hold 240 credits — enough to apply for final-year entry.

Top up to a degree from the University of Greater Manchester
Marvelous Academy has been approved to progress students into the final year of selected Honours degrees at the University of Greater Manchester. Finish Level 5 with us in Dhaka, then complete one further year to graduate with a full UK bachelor’s degree.
A full UK Honours degree
Your certificate is awarded by the University of Greater Manchester — the same award as students who studied all three years in the UK.
Study in the UK or online
Complete the final year on campus in Greater Manchester, or online where the programme allows it.
Credit for what you have done
Level 4 and Level 5 together carry 240 credits, which is what a UK university expects before final-year entry.

About the Academy
A Dhaka campus built for UK distance learning
Marvelous Academy is part of Marvelous Ventures Ltd., alongside Marvelous Study Abroad and Marvelous Legal Associates. We have taught University of London LLB students and English test preparation in Kalabagan since 2023 — the ATHE and Qualifi diplomas extend that work into full degree pathways.

Before you apply
If your question is not here, our admissions team answers on WhatsApp within a few hours during office days.
For Level 3 you need HSC, A-Levels or an equivalent school-leaving qualification. For direct entry to Level 4 you need a Level 3 qualification or relevant work experience, and for Level 5 you need a completed Level 4 diploma. English proficiency is assessed at interview, and we can prepare you for IELTS, PTE, OIETC or Duolingo if needed.
ATHE and Qualifi are both awarding organisations regulated by Ofqual, the UK qualifications regulator. Their Level 4 and 5 diplomas carry 120 credits each and are widely accepted by UK universities for entry to the final year of an Honours degree.
Assessment is entirely through written assignments — there are no final examinations. Each unit is internally assessed at the Academy and externally quality assured by the awarding body.
Level 3, 4 and 5 are delivered here in Dhaka. The top-up year can be studied on campus in the UK or, for selected programmes, online. Our advisers will walk you through both options, including the visa process.
Fees vary by subject and level, and instalment plans are available for every programme. Contact the admissions team for the current fee schedule for your intake.
A student portal for timetables, assignment submission and results is in development and will launch alongside the next intake.
